WORKING
PRINCIPLE:
Parts enter into tunnel through stainless steel conveyor belt.
Nozzles are evenly distributed inside the tunnel for most effective
washing. Parts to be washed pass through stations:washing, rinsing,
pasivation, drying succesively. Spraying effect together with
liquid temperature and chemical support enables the dirt (grease,
chip etc) off the surface totally.
Tunnel washing machines are standardized as well as specifically
tailored according to application by İNTERSONİK engineering
department.
PROCESS :

rinsing and passivation is designed by İNTERSONİK process engineering
